Billy Radd
Born in Chicago in 1947, Billy Radd is the author of Escape From Elyria: A Historical Memoir of the 20th Century. He earned a master's degree from Columbia College in LA in 1972 and worked as a director and cinematographer in the western US for over 40 years. He retired from filmmaking in 2010, and, in addition to writing, he enjoys pursuing his other passions and interests, including photography, writing poetry, producing electronic music, and spending time with his wife of 52 years, painter Anita Gayle, an artist in her own right, his three daughters, and two grandkids.
